About the Author
Jess Lebow worked for Budweiser and Redhook selling and distributing beer in the Seattle area during the microbrew boom of the late 1990s. During that time, he tried nearly every craft beer in the Pacific Northwest and any he could lay his hands on from around the nation. Five carboys, nearly 100 delicious batches, at least a dozen not-so-delicious ones, and only god knows how many crimped bottle caps later, he figures he's drank his weight in beer many thousand times over.

Nice book but they don't feature many breweries. Seems like they were almost paid to only list 2 or 3 per state. Can't believe they didn't even list Rogue for Oregon.
Cute coffee table book for a craft beer lover. I expected a little bit more from it but overall it makes a nice gift.

To superficial. I was expecting more detail and not only three or four breweries for state.
Provides a great insight, and some suggestions if you’re in the right place. It would be nice if there was at least a few listings of other notable breweries in each state, ones that have been around X number of years or some other criteria.
