This is an absolutely beautiful book that contrasts perfectly with their recent book Dark Fantasy. If you enjoy any type of fairy tales or, as a title States fantasy themes, both books are a must! This is very well drawn and absolutely beautifully detailed! I'm very grateful the recent adult books have been more adults and less cutesy. That's not saying that the animals are not cute nor are the human's but I mean in a general overall Style, this style being more realistic. As with my review for Dark Fantasy I continue recommending that you do not purchase this book for your child or preteen and then turn around and complain about the adult material. These books are very clearly labeled adult coloring books and should be regarded as such. The majority of the ladies are in absolutely sweet little outfits that can be considered negligees and the remainder are in lovely gowns. Or you know, are mermaids. Anyway I'm glad to see the addition of a few handsome men and in particular a fierce looking Phoenix. I took a few photos of my favorites!I did notice that Jade summer is back at changing the layout of the books and instead of your digital code being at the very back of the book it is in the middle with a few page freebies and list of updated books. Dont panic! That code is still there for us!
Jade Summer never disappoints!! This book is fabulous and love the fantasy art in this!!There are many coloring books based on the fantasy realm, but if your looking for originality then this is for you.Fairies, mermaids, mermen, dragons and so much more throughout the book. From simple to even detailed pages are included. I myself really enjoy that variety in one book!!There is a complete duplicate set of the pages so if you mess up one, you get a second one to try again.The book is single sided pages with black backing. The black backing helps with bleed through when you use markers, gel pens or any wet mediums. I still recommend using a backer page as a preventative just in case.You'll also get a free PDF link in the back of the book to print any of your favorite pages over and over again.A few sample pages from other books are also included as well!! BONUS!!What are you waiting for? Your fantasy coloring book is waiting!!
This one looks like it will be a lot of fun! I’ve included some photos of my favorites on the inside! Every image is printed single sided and with a nice black backside to prevent bleed-through. Also, there are doubles of every picture in case you want to try out some different colors on the same picture! I’ll update this review with some completed ones when I finish them!
Love the book as well as the detailed images. Don't really care for the papers texture though. Makes using colored pencils lightly doesn't completely fill in the textures. Would love to see the books with perforation so they can be removed from the book if we want to. Like the black backings but be warned it won't stop all bleed through. Didn't realize the books come with 3 copies of each picture...at first I thought that was weird, but I get it and like it now. Overall a strong 4, even 4 1/2. Have two more books to start in too! yaaayyy
I received the PDF version of this book for the exchange of honest review. But as soon as I see it, I have to have it since I like to color on the book itself. This book has so many adorable line arts. Beautiful ladies, unicorn, dragons, mermaid, even fantasy men. This book is printed single-sided so for marker colorists don't have to worry that markers will bleed to the page behind it, ofcourse after putting a cardstock behind the page we're coloring.
Fun! Fun! And more Fun! I have completed more than half the book, and the pages turned out beautifully!I like the artwork with beautiful women in a landscape setting, and there were several. I also was blown away with the Jade Summer mythology books. They are my favorites! Check them out!

The pictures are nice some are busier then other but they are well drawn. I didn’t know it comes in a grayscale I would rather have gotten it in grayscale.
